New Re Seller Application * Credit Application * Purchase Terms Agreement

To apply for an HIG Re Seller account, please provide all of the following:

1. This application must be printed, completed and signed by an officer / owner of the company.
2. A copy of your business / state sales tax license must accompany your application.
3. Proof of business status (business card, phonebook listing, store front photo, etc, must also be supplied)
4. Mail the completed form and all accompanying documentation to:

5. As an authorized HIG Re-Seller you will receive attractive Re-Seller pricing on all of the HIG Apparel and Gear. Upon receipt of your request HIG will email you the HIG Re-Seller price list and also keep you informed of any HIG special promotions.
